Kshetri interviewed by CardHub about identity theft

Dr. Nir Kshetri, professor in the Bryan School of Business and Economics, was interviewed by CardHub.com about identity theft in recent years.

He stated that he is “quite pessimistic that the identity theft problem will get better in the next five to 10 years” and that “this is due to the fact that consumer information is increasingly stored everywhere,” as well as the fact that “there is a severe lack of education and awareness among a large proportion of Internet users about basic cybersecurity principles.”
