The Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality and Tourism (MEHT) had it’s 2nd Annual Gala on Thursday, April 12, 2018, out at the Greensboro Regional Realtor’s Association building. The event was well attended by 78 students and faculty and entertainment was provided by Zach DiMola and the UNCG Seraphim singers group. Awards were presented to four different student groups, including officers of the Collegiate Entrepreneur’s Organization club, the American Marketing Association Student Chapter, the NC Sales Institute Student Business Group, and The Spartans in Tourism and Hospitality Club. Keynote speaker Peter Marsh, a founding member of Fly Wheel Coworking in Winston-Salem, spoke of how he formed Fly Wheel and what he learned in starting a new business venture.
