Bryan Gold

Bryan Gold is a career readiness challenge designed to bolster the personal and professional development of undergraduate students. Students engage in activities tied to eight key competencies desired by employers and track their progress along the way. Their accomplishments are collected in an e-portfolio, which can be shared with potential employers. EMPLOYER TIP: When interviewing Bryan School students or graduates, ask to see their Bryan Gold dashboard for an easy visual representation of their accomplishments. The dashboard reflects the number of activities completed and the student’s demonstrated proficiencies in each area. A high score in a key competency reflects mastery of a skill.
