Economics Seminar Presented by Dr. Neville Francis of UNC Chapel Hill
Please join us in welcoming Dr. Neville Francis to the UNCG Economics Seminar Series! Dr. Francis is an Associate Professor in Economics at UNC Chapel Hill and a Consultant with the World Bank. Dr. Francis’s research focuses on macroeconomics with an emphasis on models assessing the impacts of technology shocks. He has authored numerous publications in journals such as the Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Monetary Economics, and American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics.
The Economics Seminar Series is geared to broaden professional networking opportunities and foster collaboration with students, colleagues, and researchers in the field of economics and related areas of study. Guest speakers present published works from peer-reviewed economics or field journals spanning a multitude of research interests. Attendees have the opportunity to hear of the outcomes and process behind top research. Questions and open discourse are encouraged. This series is open to everyone in the UNCG community with an interest in economics.
