Background
Patrick Brown joined the Bryan Undergraduate Student Services team as an Academic Advisor in 2023. He brings with him over 5 years of experience within higher education and advising as well as over ten years of professional experience in the healthcare, automotive, and service industries.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Stephen F. Austin State University as well as a Master of Arts in History and Master of Education in Higher Education, Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Patrick’s passion is in his dedication to his students, utilizing an empathetic and active listening approach to advising in order to foster a partnership that focuses on the student and their needs. Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs.
