E. Holly Buttner (PhD – University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) is a Management Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her research interests include diversity in organizations, leadership assessment, entrepreneurship, and human resource management. She is co-author of Women Entrepreneurs: Moving Beyond the Glass Ceiling and has published in journals such as International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and British Journal of Management. She teaches Organizational Behavior and Diversity and Inclusion in Organizations.
