Nikhil Mehta is an assistant professor of information systems at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at University of North Carolina Greensboro. Nikhil has a Ph.D. in Management of Information Technology and Innovation from Auburn University. His research interests include key issues in IS projects, the changing role of IT leadership in businesses, enterprise systems implementation with emphasis on knowledge management technologies, and strategic IT-outsourcing partnerships. Nikhil is the author of the book Knowledge Integration in Software Teams: Tackling Critical Issues.

His research has been published or is forthcoming in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Information & Management, Journal of Information Technology, MIS Quarterly Executive, Journal of Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, and at conferences worldwide.
