Background
Nikhil Mehta is an assistant professor of information systems at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at University of North Carolina Greensboro. Nikhil has a Ph.D. in Management of Information Technology and Innovation from Auburn University. His research interests include key issues in IS projects, IS implementation and success, digital innovation and smart cities, changing role of IT leadership, and IT-enabled business models. His research has been published or is forthcoming in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Journal of Information Technology, Information & Management, Journal of Management, MIS Quarterly Executive, Journal of Knowledge Management, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, and at conferences worldwide. He is also the author of the book Knowledge Integration in Software Teams: Tackling Critical Issues.
