Tiffany Reynolds is a Lecturer in the Sustainable Tourism & Hospitality program at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Information Systems at Central Michigan University. Tiffany received her Master of Business Administration degree at Wake Forest University. Tiffany holds the Certification in Hotel Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute and is a Certified Facilitator and Proctor for the National Restaurant AssociationÕs ServSafe Food Safety Course. Prior to her time with UNC-G, Tiffany enjoyed a 15 year career with Marriott Hotels & Resorts as a General Manager & Area Sales Leader. In addition, she was member of MarriottÕs National Cadre of Certified Trainers specializing in sales training for hospitality professionals. Tiffany and her husband, Michael, are also owners of a local wine and coffee bar franchise. In addition to being recognized as a Top 5 performing store, they are also winners of GreensboroÕs 2015, Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Retailer of the Year Award.
