Soheil Hooshangi has received Master and PhD degrees in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Technological Change from Carnegie Mellon University, MBA degree from Sharif University of Technology, and BSc in Electrical Engineering from K.N.Toosi University of Technology. His research, which is focused on judgment and behavioral decision making in entrepreneurship and innovation, behavioral strategy, and behavioral economics, has been published in Management Science, Journal of Product Innovation Management, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change, among others. His teaching interests and experiences include capstone and elective courses in entrepreneurship, strategy, behavioral decision making, and organizational behavior at undergraduate and graduate levels. Before deciding to become an academic, Soheil was a consultant in strategic management of innovation and involved in launching a start-up.
