Advising Resources for Incoming and Current MBA Students
If you are a new student in the UNCG MBA Program, welcome! We are excited to work with you and help you find success through this program.
A great place to start is by referencing the Newly Admitted Student Checklist. This Checklist is designed to help you get set up with your accounts, course registration, tuition payments, and everything else you need to do before the start of the semester. Another useful resource is the MBA Student Handbook 2018-2019, which contains information on how to get started as a UNCG MBA Student, outline campus resources, highlight important dates and deadlines, introduce you to the MBA faculty and staff, and more!

Newly admitted students can make an advising appointment by calling the MBA Program Office at (336) 334-5390.
First day of class:
There is usually an assignment in preparation for the first night of each class. Always check the syllabus of your course to be sure to be prepared.
Throughout the course of the academic year and during the summer sessions, classes may be interrupted due to inclement weather, etc. In the event that a class is missed/cancelled, the MBA Program’s class make-up policy is that all make-up classes will be held on the Friday immediately following the missed class at the originally scheduled time. Please be sure to contact your instructor or the MBA Office (336) 334-5390 or email@example.com if you have questions or concerns.
