Posted on November 14, 2017

The Direct Selling Educational Foundation, the Entrepreneurial Cross-Disciplinary Program, and the Bryan School of Business and Economics hosted the Diversity, Entrepreneurship and Direct Selling event on the evening of November 1 which was a big hit with students across campus given the great turnout. Director of the ECDP and DSEF Fellow, Dr. Dianne Welsh and DSEF Fellow Bonnie Canziani, organized the event. CEOs Connie Tang from Princess House and Ursula Dudley Oglesby from Dudley Beauty Corp. took part in a panel discussion moderated by John T. Fleming, a past board member with the Direct Selling Foundation.  The Entrepreneurship Extraordinaire award was also presented to Ursula Dudley for the Dudley Beauty Corporation for their contributions to the community. The event had record attendance and the reception afterwards was catered by Dame’s Chicken and Waffles (Bryan School alumns) and A Sweet Success Bakery.
