The Part-Time MBA program at UNC Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business and Economics has been named one of the best of its kind in the country, according to new rankings from U.S. News & World Report.
The U.S. News 2022 Best Graduate Schools rankings were released Tuesday. The Bryan School’s Part-Time MBA came in at No. 73.
“This is quite exciting for us,” said Dean McRae C. Banks. “It can be difficult to improve in these rankings with the weight of the peer reputation scores, but this certainly speaks to the hard work and culture of care provided by the Bryan School’s world-class faculty and staff.”
U.S. News bases these rankings on five factors. That includes average peer assessment, which is based on rating surveys from Fall 2019 given to business school deans and MBA program directors. Other factors include student GPA and years of work experience.
In outlining its criteria, U.S. News mentions that part-time business programs can play a vital role for working individuals who cannot go to school full time for family, job-related, or financial reasons.
UNCG had multiple graduate programs that earned high rankings Tuesday, enough to be called one of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Graduate Schools.
These accolades come just a few weeks after the Bryan School earned high marks from U.S. News in the categories of Best Online Master’s in Computer Information Technology, Best Online Master’s in Business, and Best Online Bachelor’s in Business.
Beginning with Fall 2021 enrollment applications, the UNCG MBA program will no longer require GMAT/GRE scores for admission.
