New Undergraduate Students

Welcome, Online degree students!

New and returning online degree students are required to participate in an advising and registration appointment with their assigned academic advisor from the Bryan Undergraduate Student Services Office before they will be eligible to register for classes.

Bryan Advisor Briefing

The Bryan Undergraduate Student Services Office will contact all Transfer and Readmitted students via their iSpartan email with information on completing your Bryan Advisor Briefing (BAB) orientation. This will be sent starting in late April to early May if admitted for Fall, or late November to early December if admitted for Spring. Please be patient and wait for this email before attempting to meet with an advisor. You must complete all the steps in the email prior to gaining access to your advisor’s Starfish calendar. Approximately 72 hours after you have completed the BAB videos and quiz, you will be given access to your advisor’s calendar in Starfish.

Transfer Credit

Most Transfer students have questions about how their credits will transfer. Bryan Advisors are not able to provide transfer equivalencies prior to admission to the University. You must provide an official transcript to the Registrar’s Office before any transfer credits are applied.
