Five startups participated in the Pitch Please Night at Venture Cafe on November 30th, 2017.  Noah Reynolds, UNCG Coleman Foundation Entrepreneur in Residence, was asked to be one of the 5 judges for the event by Executive Director Karen Barnes of Venture Cafe.

Recap given by Karen Barnes with Venture Cafe in Winston-Salem:

“You caught a glimpse of five startups last night at Pitch Please, each with strong ideas, passion and commitment to building their businesses right here in the Triad. They left us inspired, energized and wanting to know and do more. Thanks to our finalists, our judges who provided truly meaningful feedback, and you for giving these emerging entrepreneurs your two cents. And congratulations to Honey Do and Rent Assured, the judges’ picks for our top prizes last night! We’re expecting great things from you! Finally, check out this story on Pilleve, one of our finalists last night, discussing their plans to disrupt the opoid addiction epidemic. Let’s all step up our support for local startups with investment dollars, advice, business opportunities and resources so we can all share in their success…”
