Team Leaders are sophomore, junior, and senior level students who serve as peer mentors to other Bryan School students and assist industry professionals in the instruction of the Bryan School Blueprint Series. In their capacity as Team Leaders, these students create a positive impact in the holistic well-being of the students they lead and serve, while gaining practical leadership experience in a real world setting, accelerating their own personal and professional development.

Team Leaders play an essential role in the success of students both inside and outside of the classroom. They plan and co-facilitate lessons with course instructors, act as peer mentors for their students, and promote personal and professional development opportunities that help accelerate the students’ development.
