The Princeton Review released its national rankings for online and on-campus MBA programs this week, once again naming the UNCG MBA the country’s No. 2 resource for minority students.

The company reports these annual MBA rankings in two groups – online and on campus – and across 18 different categories. The UNCG MBA program, recognized earlier this month by U.S. News & World Report, was featured on the following lists:

  • Best Business Schools
  • Best Business Schools (Southeast)

And in the following categories:

  • No. 45 in the U.S. – Best Online MBA Programs
  • No. 2 in the U.S. – Greatest Resources for Minority Students

The Princeton Review’s Best Business Schools rankings are uniquely based on institutional data the company gathers from administrators at business schools as well as surveys of students attending the schools who rate and report on their experiences at them. The rankings for 2023 are based on surveys in 2021-22 of administrators at 397 business schools offering on-campus and/or online MBAs, and surveys of 29,900 students enrolled in the schools over the past three academic years. More than 60 data points are factored into the company’s ranking list tallies.

“We recommend these schools highly and with great regard for the MBA programs they offer,” said Rob Franek, The Princeton Review’s Editor-in-Chief. “Since we developed our b-school rankings more than two decades ago, our goal, every year, has been to help applicants choose the MBA programs best for them.”

The Princeton Review is a leading tutoring, test prep, and college admissions services company. Every year, it helps millions of college- and graduate-school-bound students as well as working professionals achieve their education and career goals through its many education services and products.
