UNC Greensboro’s unique MSN/MBA dual-degree program will provide you with the skills and experience to lead in the growing field of healthcare. Building in-demand skills in both nursing and business will make you a sought-after asset in healthcare administration.

Graduates of this program have assumed nursing and healthcare administration leadership roles in acute care, primary care, and community/public health; and on quality and safety, strategic planning, nursing informatics, and talent acquisition teams.

Flexible Learning Format

The program offers the flexibility you need to maintain your work/life balance. Courses are offered online and on campus, so you can study as your schedule permits. All clinical practica are arranged in collaboration with faculty and the Graduate Program Clinical Coordinator. Locations of practica are determined by student interest area and geographical location.

Students studying online and on-campus are welcome to visit their support team on campus any time! Graduate program directors in both the School of Nursing and Bryan School of Business and Economics are focused on your success and are available to meet with you to discuss your academic and career goals.
