The Information Systems and Supply Chain Management programs are relevant to all businesses, industries, and organizations — service and manufacturing — for-profit and nonprofit alike. Today’s businesses need an ever-expanding amount of information which must be processed quickly to aid decision-makers throughout the organization. ISSCM concentrations deliver different aspects of this constantly growing appetite for business analytics, cyber security and supply chain management.
Business Analytics Concentration:
Business Analytics is the practical application of statistical analysis for business decision making. This concentration focuses on the methodological exploration of an organization’s data. The latest tools and techniques are introduced.
Cyber Security Concentration:
Information security analysts plan and carry out security measures to protect an organization’s computer networks and systems. Their responsibilities are continually expanding as the number of cyber attacks increases.
Information Systems Concentration:
Computer and information research scientists invent and design new approaches to computing technology and find innovative uses for existing technology. This concentration focuses on studying and solving complex problems in computing for business, science, medicine, and other fields.
Supply Chain Management Concentration:
This concentration prepares students for careers in the procurement, production, and distribution of goods and services in a global technology-driven environment.
