Advising Resources

New MSITM & Graduate Certificate student advising for Spring 2024 will take place from November 27, 2023 to January 8, 2024. You will need to schedule an appointment with your advisor Dr. A.F. Salam to plan your course schedule and get an advising code for registration. 

Continuing student advising for Spring 2024 will take place from Wednesday, October 11, 2023 to Tuesday, November 14, 2023

Both new and continuing students must email Dr. A.F. Salam at [email protected] to make an appointment with your advisor. 

Spring 2024 course registration window opens on Monday, October 23, 2023 and remains open until Tuesday, November 14, 2023. Continuing students who do not register for at least one credit hour during this period will be charged a late registration fee. 

Advisory Evaluations

Once you have met with your advisor, please submit an advisor evaluation. Advisors are evaluated once per year and your comments are important for both individual assessment and feedback on the advising process.

Reminder to Graduates

The deadline to file for May Graduation is Monday, January 15, 2024. Click here for instructions on how to apply to graduate.

Graduation is scheduled for Friday, May 3 at the Greensboro Coliseum. For more details on UNCG’s Commencement Ceremony, please visit Commencement Central

If you plan to graduate during the summer term, you are eligible to participate in Bryan School’s May Commencement.
