A big part of being relevant in the industry is staying connected not only to the latest trends but also to the people who are making things happen. Engaging with leaders in the field allows our faculty to continually inform classroom learning and connect students to networking opportunities that make all the difference as they embark on their careers.
They say success is largely about the people you know. We believe it’s about who knows our students and how well we prepare them to succeed in their organizations.
The Information Systems and Supply Chain Management Advisory Board is an important part of our engagement with industry leaders. The board is comprised of 22 members currently, who occupy senior operating positions at a wide range of information systems and supply chain management related companies. The primary function of the board is to advise the department on industry-related issues and trends for the purposes of maintaining program currency and to support the professional development of ISSCM students.
