Human Resource Management (B.S.) at UNC Greensboro is a program of study that provides students with a strong foundation in business principles and specialized knowledge in managing people and organizations. Students learn the core functions every HR professional should know, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and diversity in the workplace. With a focus on real-world application, the program prepares graduates to support organizational success by attracting, developing, and retaining talent in a wide variety of settings.
