UNCG MBA Mentoring Program

At The Bryan School Of Business

About

The UNCG MBA Mentoring Program matches MBA students with experienced professionals who can offer guidance, perspective, and support as students navigate their MBA experience and career path. Through meaningful one-on-one connections, students benefit from the industry knowledge and career experience of their mentors, and many find the mentoring relationship to be one of the most valuable parts of their time in the program.

Learning outcomes

  1. Mentees will be partnered with a strong advocate in the business community to help grow their network.
  2. Mentors will support mentees by providing advice and guidance on career and professional growth opportunities.
  3. Mentors will support mentees in their graduate journey, helping to discern next steps.

Our hope is that mentees will make professional connections, get “insider” information and advice, feel more confident in professional communications and networking, learn about job and internship opportunities, and have a “go-to” person to run ideas by.

How It Works

Students will apply through the form linked below.  Once students are accepted, they will gain access to a questionnaire.  Responses from the questionnaire will be used to match mentors and mentees with their most compatible partner.

Who Can Apply?

Open to all current MBA students.

Whether you are:

  • Early in your career

  • Growing in leadership
  • Or looking to expand your network

…. the mentoring program can help support your goals
