Mission Statement: Undergraduate Women in Business (UWiB) aims to advance the professional and personal development of its members by providing a supportive community for networking, learning, and community service. UWiB is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, welcoming members from all academic majors, backgrounds and identities. UWiB seeks to empower its members through engagement with industry professionals, workshops and service initiatives to guide their professional pursuits.
