Invested in Your Success
Our MBA is rigorous, but we strive to provide tools and support that will enable our students to be successful. Early Career MBA students, or students with fewer than five years of work experience, will start with Basecamp, a one-day in-person orientation that aims to prepare them for the demands of graduate school and the expectations of the professional workplace. To help expand their professional network, Early Career MBA students are also required to participate in a mentorship program to help them prepare for a summer internship.
One-on-One Career Coaching
The Bryan School also offers all of its graduate students one-on-one career coaching that can help: define your vision; build your network and personal brand; and achieve your career goals. Resume review technology and mock interview sessions will help students improve their professional presence, and specialized skill workshops offer opportunities to build on knowledge learned in the classroom.

What OUR Graduates Are Saying
Pushing Limits
Pursuing my MBA at the Bryan School paved the way to landing a job at a Fortune 200 company. This program (and the phenomenal staff) pushed me out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to try new things—like speaking in front of 300+ people or studying in Europe. It allowed me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional development both in and outside of the classroom. I will forever be grateful for all that the Bryan School poured into me!
Kinsley Fraser | HR Analyst, VF – Corporation | MBA Graduate ’19
The Bryan School MBA program challenged me to learn a variety of new skill sets which apply to today’s business environment. We had the opportunity to apply our learned skills to multiple projects which took place beyond the walls of the Bryan building and impacted the local business community. Witnessing our MBA skills successfully translate to the business environment served as a confidence booster and was sincerely gratifying.
